TENTH ANNIVERSARY, ART TOWER MITO

Millennium Collections: Tokyo, Paris, Thailand, New York, and Japan

The 21st century will be an age in which the importance of national borders will increasingly lessen in the sphere of cultural activities, with people adopting a global perspective in their outlook and thought. The format of fashion, as well, will no longer follow the traditional categories of city or country, but will move along global lines, with the representative "maisons" of each country employing designers of different nationalities as a matter of course.

The current project has invited prominent designers from Europe, the United States, Asia, and Japan to show their works in the style of a fashion show. Get a close look at the upcoming 21st century through the works of the fashion trailblazers of today.

Age: 30 (as of April 16, 2000)
Profile: After graduating from Sarapadchang Phranakorn College in 1986, his knowledge of making patterns and drawing sketches led him become a designer. A-Mara Export Garment Company was the place he started his career in 1987. Luckily Pravit has Joined the work at "Pichita Pret a Porter" in 1991 until now as assistant designer beside the process of making dresses. He must involve in work of fashion show as well. Each fashion show motivates him to create the variety of accessories for all collections with 8 years of experienced working in boutique. He slowly understands the difference of each material including Thai Silk. How to make it look elegant.
Concept: I'm inspired by ivory colour which is clean, pure and clear. Each garment has it's own interesting details and characters, like folding of fabric or facing in a different colour. This detailing creates new dimension to a simple garment.
