【Dear Audience of the concert on May 26th】

We wish to let the audience know that Seiji Ozawa, Artistic Director of Mito Chamber Orchestra, step down from performing in the concert of May 26th. After the concert in Tokyo on May 24th, he was making efforts to recover his stamina to conduct at the Mito performance. However, he has not yet recovered enough to take the podium. We deeply apologize to those in the audience who were looking forward to seeing Seiji Ozawa conduct on May 26th.
