This series is intended to create a network of people linked by contemporary art in Ibaraki.
"Dialogos" in the title means "a dialogue," which is the theme of the whole series. More specifically, itis a dialogue by a group of exhibition organizers in this region, such as curators and those concerned in art. Thus talking together, they select artists for an exhibition, and the latter join in the dialogue, after agreeing to present their works. This exhibition was given as the first of the series. The first dialogue bore on "the conditions of contemporary character" as its theme.
