Actors: Nomura Mansaku, Nomura Mansai, et al.

The 21st installment of the popular series, which always sells out. In the first half of the program, which was full of laughter, as is typical with kyogen performances, Nomura Mansai first presented the short dance of "Kagekyo," after which he and his father put on the sad but funny "Futari Daimyo" (The Two Daimyo), depicting the turbulent medieval Japanese world where the downtrodden toppled the powerful. In the second half, the audience enjoyed "Akutaro" (Bad Boy), full of memorable scenes in which the main character achieves spiritual enlightenment.
